Gochujang Beef Bowl
This recipe can be made with any kind of ground meat or any kind of diced vegetables.

Ingredients
Gochujang beef
- ground beef2 parts225 g
- green peas1 part100 g
- gochujang1/4 part50 g
- salta sprinkle
- sesame oila drizzle
- wateras needed
Serving options
- rice, cooked
- scallions, thinly slicedfor garnish
- pickled gingerfor garnish
Method
Step 1: Sear the beef
Add the ground beef to a pan over medium heat. Add a sprinkle of salt.
Let it render out some fat and . As it starts to , break it up with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Step 2: Create the sauce
When the beef is almost cooked through, add the gochujang and peas (frozen peas work great here).
Mix until well combined, and add a splash of water if the mixture is too tight.
- Stir & until the sauce glazes the meat.
Turn off the heat and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil. Taste and adjust with more salt if needed.
Step 3: Serve
Add a portion of the beef mixture over a scoop of cooked rice.
Optionally garnish with scallions & pickled ginger
Enjoy.
