
High Protein Za’atar Chicken & Hummus Wrap
Comes together in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
Za’atar chicken
- chicken breasts, thinly shaved170 g~1/3 lb
- za'atarto taste
- saltto taste
- non stick cooking sprayfor searing
Remaining wrap components
- high protein tortilla wrap1
- hummus28 gtwo spoonfuls
- pickles~8or to taste
- feta15 g1 spoonful
Method
Step 1: Sear the chicken breast
If needed, thinly slice the chicken breast into razor like shavings with a sharp knife.
Preheat a pan or skillet, add a spritz of cooking oil, then add the chicken to . Season with a generous sprinkle of za’atar.
Gently mix & break up the chicken to evenly distribute the spices as it cooks through. Once all the pieces are cooked, taste and adjust with extra salt or seasoning if needed.
Step 2: Assemble the wrap
Spread a thin layer of hummus into the center of the tortilla wrap. Add a layer of pickles, and then add all of the cooked chicken. Finish with crumbled feta over top.
Tightly roll up the tortilla (like a burrito) to contain the wrap.
Step 3: Toast & serve
Return the assembled wrap to the pan and toast over medium heat until at least two sides are lightly golden. Focus on toasting the tortilla seam to seal the wrap together.
Cut in half & enjoy.
