Step 1: Sear the chicken breast
Za’atar chicken
- chicken breasts, thinly shaved170 g~1/3 lb

- non stick cooking sprayfor searing
If needed, thinly slice the chicken breast into razor like shavings with a sharp knife.
Preheat a pan or skillet, add a spritz of cooking oil, then add the chicken to . Season with a generous sprinkle of za’atar.
Gently mix & break up the chicken to evenly distribute the spices as it cooks through. Once all the pieces are cooked, taste and adjust with extra salt or seasoning if needed.
