June Newsletter Giveaway
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are for the “June Newsletter Giveaway” (“Competition”) as described below.
These Terms apply between Cook Well and You, the entrant of the Competition (“You”, “Your”).
By submitting Your personal details to take part in this Competition, You agree that You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Competition and How To Enter
1.1 This is a Competition to win the “June Newsletter Giveaway” prize as outlined in the “Prize” section of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 This Competition can be entered by residents of the United States, Canada, India, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom (“Territories”) aged 18 years or over. Employees of Cook Well and their immediate families or anyone professionally linked with this Competition, are not able to enter.
1.3 To enter the Competition you must visit: https://www.cookwell.com/newsletter and enter by following the on-screen instructions. You will be asked to give your email address and then click onto the relevant button to enter the competition, and then confirm your email. You’ll also be asked to read these Terms and Conditions of the competition to enter.
1.4 No purchase is necessary.
1.5 The Competition “Entry Period” is from the Opening Date: on June 1st, 2024 to the Closing Date of June 11th, 2024 at 10 pm EST. Entries outside of the Entry Period will not be accepted for entry to this Competition. Those subscribed to the newsletter prior to June 1st, 2024 will also be included in the competition.
1.6 Cook Well accepts no responsibility for entries that are sent incomplete by the Closing Date for any reason.
1.7 Maximum one entry per person, via email submission, during the outlined period (1.5). Any further entries that are submitted during the entry period are prohibited and will disqualify You from this competition.
2. Winner Selection
2.1 Using a random number generator, the winner will be selected from all eligible entries and the winner’s name will be confirmed by Cook Well on June 11th, 2024. If the winner is chosen but they are not eligible (Competition and How To Enter) then that winner will not be applicable and they will forfeit the Prize.
2.2 The winner of the Competition will be contacted on June 12th, 2024 via email.
2.3 If Cook Well does not receive correspondence from the winner and the Prize remains unclaimed within 12 hours of the Cook Well team reaching out, the original winner will forfeit their prize.
3. Prize
3.1 There will be one winner of the Prize. The “Winner” will receive a Thermapen One, a set of MADE-In Entree Bowls, a Tojiro Knife, and an AeroPress coffee maker.
3.2 The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be substituted for the prize. In the event that the prize offered is unavailable due to circumstances beyond control, Cook Well reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
3.3 For delivery of the prize, you may be required to be available at a specified time and place.
3.4 Cook Well will not be liable where a prize has been lost, damaged or stolen following delivery and such prize will not be replaced.
3.5 The Winner agrees to give Cook Well the right to use their name and likeness in a photo of the Winner receiving their prize.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. In exceptional circumstances, Cook Well may void the Prize and/or change other promotional conditions provided that such changes are absolutely necessary and can be justified for objective reasons.
4.2. Cook Well shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion.
4.3. In the event of a dispute over implementation or interpretation of the rules on any matter related to this Prize draw, the decision of Cook Well is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
