Step 2: Assemble the wrap
Remaining wrap components
- high protein tortilla wrap1
- hummus28 gtwo spoonfuls
- pickles~8or to taste
- feta15 g1 spoonful
- cooked chicken
Spread a thin layer of hummus into the center of the tortilla wrap. Add a layer of pickles, and then add all of the cooked chicken. Finish with crumbled feta over top.
Tightly roll up the tortilla (like a burrito) to contain the wrap.
