Upgraded enchilada sauce

- cilantroa handful
- cumin seedsa spoonful
- salta sprinkle
- roasted peppers
To a blender or food processor, add the green enchilada sauce, roasted peppers, cilantro, onion, and cumin, and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust with salt as needed.
