Step 5: Stir-fry the vegetables
The aromatics + vegetables
- garlic, minced2 cloves
- fresh ginger, minced1” knob
- chinese broccoli, chopped1/2 bunch
- yellow squash, sliced1/2
- bell peppers, sliced1/2
- red onions, sliced1/2
The noodles
- neutral oilas neededfor stir frying
Add a bit more oil if needed, then add garlic and ginger to for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add Chinese broccoli, squash, bell pepper, and onion to until lightly softened. If needed, do this in small batches to not overcrowd the pan.
