Step 4: Add the cheese & onions

  • Cheese of choice

    • cooper sharp
      2-4 slicesper sandwich
    • cheddar
      2-4 slicesper sandwich
    • american cheese
      2-4 slicesper sandwich
    • cheese wiz
      to taste

    • cooked beef
    • sweated onions

Once the beef is mostly cooked, pile it together, top with cooked onions, and place the cheese over the top.

  • Let the cheese melt into the meat, then mix or fold everything together.
