Step 5: Braise until tender & serve
- braised venison
 
For serving
- flour tortillas
 - cooked rice
 - pickled onions
 - limes, sliced into wedges
 - cilantro
 
Cover and place in the oven. Let it (covered) for about 3 hours until the meat is tender and falling apart.
Serve with warm tortillas or rice, cilantro, pickled onions, and lime wedges. Enjoy.
